The system allows authorized company users to always access the web-based backend portal to monitor visitor attendance and related information in real time. Data can also be quickly and automatically downloaded in Excel format. Furthermore, the system can be configured to automatically send an HTML report via email for every visitor entry and exit event. This allows one or more company managers to monitor visitor presence even in situations where access to the backend portal is temporarily unavailable (for example, due to an internet connection issue).
