The solutions we will present at CIBUSTEC 2023
- SYS Suite: is the complete range of software solutions developed to automatise, make effective and efficient all activities related to service management for metalworking companies while providing an innovative and differentiating service to its customers. It consists of six integrated modules:
- Spare Parts Catalog Builder – – the heart of SYS Suite, the ‘engine’ from which everything starts. It is the solution for the automatic generation of interactive 2D and 3D spare parts manuals from ERP and PLM data.
- Digital Advanced Visualization – the desktop application for 3D visualisation of spare parts and management of associated information (documents, images, videos).
- Web Spare Parts – the web portal to publish spare parts manuals, manage spare parts offers and sales and after-sales documentation.
- App Spare Parts – the app for publishing and managing 2D and 3D spare parts from mobile devices, accessible both online and offline.
- App Machinery Check – an app that, through the collection of data about the functioning of the machine/plant, helps and supports the operator during maintenance operations.
- Packing List Photo – innovative solution for the creation of packing lists with photos and for the visualisation via web or app of the contents of crates, pallets and containers as visual feedback of shipped material. The attention given to this phase guarantees a high level of control between material shipped and prepared by the packer avoiding customs detentions, customer complaints, shipping errors and additional costs related to delays and/or reshipments. Its latest release also includes the Full 3D Packing List module.
- MdM 4.0 (Machine-driven Maintenance): machine-driven maintenance in the field of industrial automation. It is an innovative preventive maintenance project that sets up a dialogue between the machines and the Digital Advanced Visualisation (DAV – a module of Sygest’s SYS Suite) solution, graphically showing, on the 3D model of the machine, the problems in progress and the necessary maintenance.
- Company System – – is a computer system which contains all the applications needed for the management and processing of data, thus obviating the problem of interoperability. It is a single solution that provides various functionalities of PDM/PLM, CRM, product configurator, document management, ticket management and technician maintenance interventions.
- QenteR® –cloud-based solution for the registration and management of visitor access in the company, enabling automatic registration and digital management of all user accesses in a safe, convenient and efficient way.
